Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Destinations

We currently accept and ship orders only to valid delivery addresses within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We do not currently ship orders placed on bterlif.com to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or destinations outside the United States.

Seller and Fulfillment

Orders placed on bterlif.com are sold by HealthWay International Biotech Limited under the Bterlif brand. Bterlif is responsible for customer service, cancellations, returns, and refunds for orders placed on this website.

Orders may be picked, packed, and shipped by third-party logistics providers from fulfillment facilities located in the United States, including facilities within Amazon’s fulfillment network when applicable. The facility used for an order may vary according to inventory and destination. Amazon is not the seller of record for purchases made on bterlif.com.

Our Hong Kong registration address is our legal registration address. It is not a fulfillment center and must not be used as a return address.

Shipping Charges and Timing

Available shipping methods, charges, and any estimated shipment or delivery time will be shown at checkout or in the order confirmation when available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, address problems, inventory availability, or other events outside our reasonable control.

We will maintain a reasonable basis for any shipment time we state. If we cannot ship within the promised time, or within 30 days when no shipment time was stated, we will notify you and request your consent to the delay or cancel the unshipped order and issue a prompt refund, as applicable.

Tracking and Address Accuracy

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with the order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact info@bterlif.com as soon as possible if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery. To be eligible for a voluntary return, the product must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and have its tamper-evident seal intact. Products that have been opened or whose safety seal has been broken are not eligible for a voluntary return because they are ingestible dietary supplements.

This restriction does not limit remedies that may apply when a product arrives damaged, defective, contaminated, or materially different from what was ordered, or where applicable law provides otherwise.

Return Authorization Required

Before returning any product, email info@bterlif.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request. If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return merchandise authorization or other reference required for that order.

Do not send a return to our Hong Kong registration address or to any warehouse address found online or shown on a shipping label. The correct return destination is assigned for each approved return and may vary. Returns sent without authorization, or to an address other than the address provided in our return instructions, may be delayed or may not be accepted.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please contact info@bterlif.com promptly after delivery if an item is damaged, incorrect, or missing. Include the order number and, when relevant, clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and visible damage. We will review the request and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy.

Return Shipping Costs

For an approved voluntary return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return results from our error or an item arrived damaged or defective, Bterlif will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, or after we otherwise confirm that a refund is due. Original shipping charges are not refundable for voluntary returns. This does not apply when the refund results from our error, a damaged or defective product, or a right that cannot lawfully be limited.

After a refund is issued, additional processing time may be required by the payment provider or financial institution before the credit appears in the customer’s account.

Cancellations

Contact info@bterlif.com as soon as possible to request cancellation. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered fulfillment. If an order has already shipped, the approved return process will apply.
